DocEng 2007 Submission Instructions

Please refer to the Important Dates page for submission deadlines.

DocEng 2007 is using the JEMS system

If you already have an account on JEMS, then you may use that account for DocEng 2007. If you do not have an account on JEMS, you should create an account as follows:

  1. Go to: https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/
  2. If you have not used JEMS before, click the link that says "create your account here" immediately below the login/password fields.
  3. Follow the instructions to create an account.
  4. Return to https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/ and login.

To submit your contribution

  • Find the entry for your form of contribution, and click on that name, or use the appropriate direct link given below.
  • Note that Full papers, Short Papers and Working Sessions are found by clicking the main ACM DocEng 2007 link, whereas Demonstrations and Posters have their own separate links.
  • Follow any further instructions.

To register your contribution

Note that prior to submitting your contribution you first need to register it by submitting an abstract.  Follow the instructions on the JEMS site. Please note that for Full Papers and Working Sessions such abstracts must be submitted in advance; the deadlines appear  here

For all other contributions, advance submission of abstracts is not required.

Submissions must be in PDF (preferred) or Postscript using the ACM format defined here
